Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned items must:

Return Process
To request a return, customers can do so directly from their order on the website or contact us via email at ventas@totrunning.com, providing the order number.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
Refunds
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 3 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If the product received is defective or does not match the order, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement.
