The MIZUNO ENERZY NXT in the upper midsole increases the shoe's cushioning and energy return. The MIZUNO WAVE improves stability without compromising cushioning. The lacing system around the midfoot helps secure the foot firmly in place.

MIZUNO ENERZY NXT: The MIZUNO ENERZY NXT in the upper midsole provides enhanced cushioning and energy return.

MIZUNO WAVE (FOAM): The Mizuno Wave, featuring a wave-like structure with EVA in two levels of firmness, improves stability without sacrificing cushioning. It is inserted throughout the entire shoe.

Lacing Construction: The interwoven fabric with the laces around the midfoot keeps the foot firmly in place.

Vibram Megagrip: High-performance compound. Provides exceptional grip, especially on wet and uneven terrain.
