This shoe has been designed and improved for runners who enjoy a cushioned, almost floating ride. The midsole has been enhanced with Nitrogen-Infused MIZUNO ENERZY NXT for even greater cushioning and energy return. Additionally, Foam Wave improves the shoe's stability without sacrificing softness, and the Smooth Stretch Woven wraps the foot in breathable comfort.
MIZUNO ENERZY NXT: This shoe is equipped with MIZUNO ENERZY NXT for softness and high energy output. Nitrogen-Infused MIZUNO ENERZY NXT is used in the upper midsole.
MIZUNO WAVE: Foam Wave enhances stability during your run without compromising softness. Smooth Stretch Woven: Offers a soft, supportive fit that stretches gradually horizontally without stretching vertically. The improved weaving technique enhances breathability across the entire upper for even greater comfort.

By integrating Nitrogen-Infused Mizuno ENERZY NXT into the midsole and increasing its thickness by 6mm in the forefoot and 4mm in the heel, both cushioning and energy return have been significantly improved. The use of Foam Wave and a wider outsole design provides stability while delivering a floating running experience that feels like you're gliding on air.
