Place a tape measure on the floor, against a wall.
Stand with your heel against the wall, next to the tape.
Measure the distance to your longest toe.
Repeat with the other foot and keep the larger measurement.
Find that measurement in the chart: that is your size. If it falls between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Tip: measure in the afternoon, when your feet are slightly more swollen.

Description

Technical and aesthetic redesign of Akasha, the shoe from the La Sportiva Mountain Running® collection dedicated to endurance competitions, perfect for long-distance routes, Ultra Marathons, Ultra-Trails and for prolonged use in training.

Wearing comfort is given by cushioning, thanks to the Cushion Platform ™ insole and large internal volumes, as well as the soft, breathable and enveloping upper with Slip-on construction that avoids compression points during the race. The Dynamic ProTechTion ™ active front reinforcements provide protection and structure by following the movement of the foot dynamically and without constriction.

The grippy FriXion® Red compound sole is equipped with the exclusive Trail Rocker ™ solution capable of promoting the natural movement of the external heel - internal toe of the foot during the race. The laces and Ortholite® Hybrid insole are also made of recycled materials.

Akasha II: the ultra-runner's code is expressed through protection, comfort and cushioning.
