JACKAL II women
Jackal is the mountain running shoe created for ultra-distance off-road races and prolonged medium-distance training thanks to the exceptional cushioning guaranteed by the innovative Infinitoo™ high energy return technology.
Every detail, from the upper to the sole, is studied to promote foot comfort over long distances: comfortable fit and a wide last designed for use in ultra marathons, elastic Comfort Fit tongue that is enveloping and soft for maximum freedom of movement, construction sock type to prevent the entry of stones or mud.
The lacing system incorporates the eyelets directly in the side panels of the upper: a solution that facilitates the adaptation of the volume during long-distance running in which the foot tends to swell.
Side Net-Mesh promotes ventilation and thermal comfort. The heart of Jackal is in the innovative EVA sole/midsole assembly with internal shock-absorbing inserts in high energy return polyurethane Infinitoo™ Technology.
The front element increases cushioning while the rear insert contributes to stability during running. The midsole also integrates a Rock-Shield insert in high-density EVA for a more stable run, adding the protection of the rock-guard.
The sole is made of FriXion Red compound with differentiated thickness Impact Brake System studs and longitudinal FLEX Grooves that favor the flexing of the sole in unison with the flexion line of the foot.
The toe cap is made of light thermoformed anti-shock rubber that contributes to lightness and protection while the bicompound FriXion Red sole ensures maximum grip and durability.
