Shipping the package

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, through the chosen shipping service. If you prefer you can pick up the package in store. Whichever shipping method you choose, we'll provide you with a link so you can follow your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. Handling costs are included, while transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package and the amount of the purchase. We advise you to group all your items into one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each individually.

Packages leave our warehouse perfectly packaged and disinfected to reach their destination in perfect condition.


In case the product is defective or does not fit what you have purchased we provide you with a completely free return label and proceed to replace the product or full refund, as the customer chooses. On the other hand, if the return is caused by a size error or that is not to your liking, the return will be at the customer's own account and as soon as the product arrives we will proceed with the full refund.

For the peace of mind of our customers, the returned products are duly disinfected and after a quarantine period are put back up for sale.
