Are the Adrenaline GTS good for plantar fasciitis?
The Adrenaline GTS are a great option to help relieve plantar fasciitis due to their 12mm heel-to-toe drop (24mm at the heel to 12mm at the forefoot), which helps put your weight more on the ball of your foot and away from the plantar heel. The generous underfoot cushioning of the shoe also helps control calcaneal (heel) toe-off as you walk or run.
Are the Adrenaline GTS good for walking?
With plenty of cushioning and a 12mm offset towards the forefoot, the Adrenaline GTS is an extremely comfortable shoe for both walking and running.
